I went into the branch to order a replacement card. The teller stated that she was reordering my card to the specified address and that it would be there in about 10 business days. I did not receive the card and contacted card sevices. They said that the branch never made the request to replace my credit card and that there would be a $25 fee to expedite the card's replacement; even though I had made the request in person two weeks prior. I have called this bank all day from work at different times and no one answers the phone.◼
